Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Lootveil. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns on Trading Card Products
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and the risk of tampering, all sales of trading card products are final. This includes individual cards, sealed packs, boxes, and booster sets. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@lootveil.com with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right.
Non-Card Merchandise
Returns for non-card merchandise (such as but not limited to: action figures or plush dolls) may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return for non-card items, email us at admin@lootveil.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds for non-card items will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or item (non-card products only), the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original (if eligible under our policy).
Final Sale Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Trading cards (individual, sealed, or sets)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
