Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lootveil! Below is important information about our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as new product drops or holidays), processing may take an additional day or two.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You’ll see available options and estimated delivery times before completing your purchase.

United States: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States using USPS or UPS depending on your selection at checkout. All orders include tracking.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lootveil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered. If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

For added security, we recommend selecting a shipping option that includes insurance and delivery confirmation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at admin@lootveil.com. We’ll do our best to update the address before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
